Now...At 9:36 pm...National weather service doppler radar indicated widespread snow affecting most of eastern Oklahoma...With a sleet and snow mixture over northwest Arkansas. Overall radar trend of snowfall showed a Decrease in areal coverage and intensity. The heaviest snow was occurring over far northeast and east central Oklahoma. A significant band had developed along i 540 between fort smith and fayetteville in northwest Arkansas. Through 11 pm...Snow will continue to fall and slowly taper off over eastern Oklahoma...Especially west of highway 75. A winter storm warning remains effect through 6 am cst Friday morning for southeast and east central Oklahoma...As well as northwest Arkansas. A blizzard warning also remains in effect for all of northeast Oklahoma.
