Regional Weather Discussion...Frost and patchy fog will affect parts of Oklahoma this morning. An axis of high pressure extended through eastern Oklahoma into northeast Texas. Although winds had returned to a southerly direction over Oklahoma and western north Texas...Wind speeds were relatively light. Except for scattered high clouds...Skies were clear at Times...And temperatures had fallen into the upper 20s. Relative humidity was very high near the ground...And light fog as observed at Many locations. The fog will mainly affect low lying areas to the east of a line from alva to watonga and lawton...Until around 8 am. Frost...Along with deposits of ice from freezing
