Regional Weather Discussion...Scattered light rain extending from near cheyenne... To hobart... To lawton will continue to expand across southwest and west central Oklahoma and into western north Texas this morning. The rain will likely become mixed with and then change over to snow in during the morning hours. Temperatures were generally at Or below freezing along and north of the interstate 40 corridor in western Oklahoma with readings in the mid 30s to the south. Light accumulations of wet snow will be possible during the morning hours as an upper level storm system continues to track east into the southern plains. Elsewhere... Fog will continue to lower visibilities at Times to less than one half mile in southeastern Oklahoma through mid morning. Areas affected will be from near durant... Extending south into the Red River valley of southeast Oklahoma. Driving conditions May become locally hazardous due to sudden changes in visibility. If you will be driving in or through southeast Oklahoma early this morning... Use extra caution.
