Regional Weather Discussion...Dry and cool air will continue to prevail over the plains through today. Early this morning...Temperatures were in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Winds were light from the north and northwest. Speeds will increase to around 15 mph with a few higher gusts as the day progresses. Satellite images revealed low overcast skies in central and northern Oklahoma...Generally east of a line from alva to anadarko and pauls valley. Clouds will spread south toward duncan and ardmore this morning...And temperatures will remain in the 30s until clouds start to thin later this afternoon. Meanwhile...Far western Oklahoma and western north Texas will see clear skies...With temperatures rising into the 40s by 11 am.
