Now...A winter weather advisory remains in effect for the southern Texas panhandle until midnight... An area of light snow with some light rain mixed in will continue to move northeast across the eastern Oklahoma panhandle and the northeast Texas panhandle through the early evening. The rain and snow should move northeast of the panhandles by 800 pm. Any snow accumulation will be light and will mainly melt as it falls.
