Regional Weather Discussion...A strong storm system moving east over Kansas will continue to cause a variety of weather across Oklahoma and western north Texas this evening. A strong cold front associated with the storm system will continue to push quickly southward over Oklahoma and western north Texas this evening and overnight. At 530 pm...The cold front extended from just south of amarillo Texas...To near cheyenne...To watonga...Enid...And blackwell. By 7 pm...The front is expected to extend from just south of sayre...To watonga...To near perry. Temperatures behind the front will drop quickly into the 20s and teens and north winds will gust between 20 and 30 mph. Some locations across northern and western Oklahoma May see gusts over 40 mph for several hours after the front passes. Scattered snow showers will also be seen across northwest Oklahoma.
