Temperature area-wide remained above freezing. Through midnight...Areas of drizzle will continue across most of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The intensity and coverage of the drizzle will continue to lessen...With areas of fog increasing after midnight which will reduce visibilities. This will be the last short term forecast until more widespread precipitation develops.
