Regional Weather Discussion...Frigid temperatures have settled into Oklahoma and north Texas this morning while gusty north winds were driving the wind chill values down below zero over northern and western Oklahoma. Wind chills were generally in the single digits over the remainder of the area. Meanwhile... Actual air temperatures ranged from near 8 above in far northwest Oklahoma to the upper teens and lower 20s in the Red River valley and across western north Texas. If you are out and about this morning... Be sure to dress in layers and wear a hat and gloves.
