Now...Moderate to heavy snow will continue to fall across portions of lake and northern ashtabula county in Ohio...And erie county in northwest Pennsylvania through the early morning. Accumulations will range from a half inch to one inch per hour under the heavier portions of the band. In addition winds gusting to over 30 mph will cause white out conditions and significant blowing and drifting.
