Now...Rain was developing and moving in from the south quickly. Light rain or drizzle will continue to move into the region through 3pm. Radar indicated some of the heaviest rain was near bellevue...Norwalk areas...Warren and youngstown... Also over central Ohio from mount vernon to coshocton to south of new philadelphia. One hour radar estimates ranged from trace to around a two tenths of an inch.
