Now...A lake effect snow band will continue through 830 am this morning over extreme northeast ashtabula county into western erie and central crawford counties. The snow within the band will reduce visibilities to about a half a mile at Times. Snowfall rates in the strongest part of the band will be a quarter of an inch an hour.
