Now...Snow will continue to spread across northeast Pennsylvania, and the southern tier, and western catskills of New York. The heaviest snow will be confined to an area southeast of a line from hazleton to scranton, and honesdale in Pennsylvania, and to liberty, New York. Snowfall in this area could reach one inch an hour at Times through midnight. Snowfall across the rest of the area will be an inch or less.
