As of 8:45 pm...The snow had already tapered off to a couple light snow showers across much of niagara and northern erie counties. The steady activity will persist across orleans and genesee counties through about 10 pm where another inch or two of accumulation can be expected. Since many roadways are at Least partially snow covered...Motorists should allow for extra time to reach their destinations this evening. Temperatures through midnight will generally be in the lower 20s with a northwest wind of 15 to 20 mph.
