Now...Very narrow bands of lake effect snow will move across portions of east central New York and adjacent western new england from the mohawk valley...Capital region and berkshires southward through 6 am. While the snow showers will be brief...A quick half inch of snow could accumulate in less than a half hour. Also...Northwest winds will gust between 35 and 45 mph...Which combined with snow showers...Will cause poor visibility in some spots.
