Now...The area of light snow...With a few areas of embedded moderate snow... Will continue to move northeast. The snowfall will taper off to a few flurries from the penn yan to watkins glen to newark valley to hancock between noon and 1 pm...And then from auburn to cincinnatus to downsville between 1 and 2 pm. In those areas where the moderate snow falls...Visibilities can be reduced to below 1 mile at Times and accumulations will average between 1 half and 1 inch. Also...Untreated roadways and other surfaces will still be slippery and hazardous...So caution is advised while out and about.
