Now...A lake effect snow band will continue to impact portions of saint lawrence county New York through 800 am. The snow band will generally be along and south of highway 11. Some towns that will be impacted by this snow band include gouverneur...Hermon... Russell...South colton...Edwards and west fowler. Expect reduced visibilities within the snow band...Under one mile...And snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches through 800 am. This lake effect snow band will sag southward after 800 am and impact the southern portions of saint lawrence county in New York.
