Now...Windy conditions...Along with areas of light rain mixing with snow will continue through 8 am. Look for winds gusting between 30 and 40 mph at Times this morning from the northwest. Bands of lake enhanced rain...And hilltop snowfall will wet the pavement, but not produce much if any accumulation. The best chance for precipitation will be from eastern cortland and broome counties across chenango...Otsego and Delaware.
