At 230 pm...The heaviest precipitation was east of a line from ogdensburg...To saint regis falls...To mount van hoevenberg...Slowly moving north. Scattered showers followed in the wake of this precipitation. Temperatures in the region were generally in the lower to mid 30s...So a mix of rain...Sleet...And snow can be expected this afternoon. Some freezing rain is also possible...Mainly in the northern saint lawrence valley. Light snow and sleet accumulations are possible through this afternoon. Motorists should use caution as roads May become slick.
