Schoharie valley...Eastern catskills...Greater capital region... Northern portions of the mid hudson valley and taconics...Southern Vermont and the berkshires through 7 am. A rumble of thunder is also possible. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible within some of the heavier downpours. Additional rainfall amounts of one quarter to one half inch will occur during this time.
