The steadiest snow will fall north of route 29 in New York and route 9 in Vermont. In addition...West winds of 15 to 25 mph with locally higher gusts will produce blowing and drifting snow. Additional snowfall accumulations of a quarter of an inch to a little more than an inch are expected between 1230 pm and 3 pm. ....And a winter weather advisory remains in effect for the western mohawk valley...Southern adirondacks...And southern green mountains in Vermont.
