Now...Winter storm warning remains in effect... Light to moderate snow will continue through 4 am. The heaviest snow will fall along and east of interstate 95...Where snowfall rates of up to an inch per hour can be expected. Visibility will be reduced to around one half of a mile in the heaviest snow.
