As temperatures continue dip into the upper 20s through sunrise...Wet roadways...Have begun to freeze in the Platte River valley and low lying areas. Even in areas...With temperatures at Or slightly above freezing...The threat for icing continues due to frozen ground conditions. Motorists should slow down...Be aware of slick roads...And be prepared for hazardous driving conditions.
