Warmer temperatures around 33 to 34 with rain for parts of the omaha area toward Nebraska city clarinda...Shenandoah...And falls city. Look for this band of precipitation to continue lifting northward with snow developing at Albion...Norfolk...And wayne. Untreated surfaces and locations with colder temperatures are icy.
