Now...Winter storm warning remains in effect through tonight for all of south central Nebraska and north central Kansas. Periods of snow the rest of the night will be periodically heavy...And lower visibilities to less than one mile at Times. Much of the area will pick up an inch or two by dawn...With a few spots correspondent to heavier snow bands possibly picking up three inches of fresh snow. Fortunately...Winds will remain tame for the next several hours... Keeping any blowing snow to a minimum. That will change by late this afternoon...When north winds increase dramatically and gust to 35 mph.
