Now...Bands of snow showers will continue to move from Tennessee to the North Carolina counties bordering Tennessee. These snow showers will add to the snow already on the ground near the state border...But will likely not make it as far as asheville. Travel around the mountains and much of the foothills will remain quite hazardous...Especially in areas where the heaviest snow and ice fell.
