Look for winds to gust as high as 50 mph at Times out of the west...Which could LEAD to some minor property damage or power outages. Temperatures will fall...Into the mid teens in mid-Missouri...The lower 20s for the st. Louis metro area...And mid 20s for southwest Illinois and southeast Missouri...By 11 am. This will create some slick spots as rain puddles on roads freeze in the rapidly cooling air. When combined with the winds...By late morning...Wind chills in the single digits will result.
