Now...Very cold wind chills tonight... Higher terrain areas...Just inland from lake superior...Will experience wind chills of 40 below to 45 below zero tonight. Most other areas of the arrowhead will be from 35 to 40 below zero. Winds will remain stronger in the higher terrain leading to the colder wind chills. Frostbite can occur in as little as 10 minutes with the coldest wind chill values.
