Now...A thin sheet of glaze ice is accumulating on roadways...Stairways and sidewalks...From freezing drizzle across the southern third of Minnesota and parts of west central Wisconsin. Mostly just steady light snow is falling across the south half of Minnesota...Some patchy freezing drizzle is falling across parts of far southern Minnesota and parts of west central Wisconsin. Most of the precipitation is located along or south of i-94 from fargo to st cloud...To minneapolis st paul...Over to eau claire Wisconsin. This is just the very first start of a very long term snow event... Little change is expected this morning...Look for the flurries to keep drifting to the north...Over Minnesota and Wisconsin.
