Cold and blustery conditions will continue today across much of Maryland...West of the chesapeake bay...Northern Virginia and the West Virginia panhandle. Westerly winds of 20 to 30 mph...With gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected throughout the rest of the morning and well into this afternoon. Wind chill values will remain in the single digits and teens...Even with temperatures slowly rising into the lower 20s by later this morning.
