Now...Flood watch in effect until 6 am est Saturday... Bands of moderate rain will move northeast across southern Maryland and the northern piedmont/central foothills region this evening. Heavier rain May LEAD to minor flooding of small creeks...Streams and roadways where poor drainage exists as a result of remaining snow pack. Rain May restrict visibilities to one to two miles. Low clouds and fog also will become abundant. Visibilities May be reduced to less than one-half mile at Times between rain bands.
