Now...Wind advisory in effect until 2 pm est this afternoon... Gusty winds and isolated snow showers will affect portions of the potomac highlands...Eastern West Virginia panhandle and northern Maryland early this morning. Northwest wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected...Especially at Higher elevations. Very little or no snow accumulation is expected through daybreak.
