Now...Light to moderate rains continue to fall across southern Louisiana including The coastal waters this evening. Rains have drawn to a close over southeast Texas as the surface low in the gulf moves slowly off to the east. Rains this evening are moving to the northeast with rainfall totals averaging generally less than one inch.
