Now...Areas of light rain have begun falling across southeast Texas and southern Louisiana this morning. Temperatures are currently in the 40s and until temps start falling into the mid 30s will the region begin to see a change from rain over to frozen precipitation. At This time we are on track to see this event to unfold. Precipitation is moving to the northeast.
