Now...A band of moderate snow showers across northeast Illinois will continue to have snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour... Across the counties near lake Michigan west to winnebago...Ogle and lee counties. Snowfall accumulations will be from 2 to 4 inches in the heavier bands during the remainder of the afternoon.
