Now...Waves of moderate to heavy rain will continue to stream northward across southeast Missouri and southern Illinois through 1 pm. Hourly rainfall amounts will average a tenth to a quarter inch. An occasional rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out...Especially over southeast Missouri.
