The heaviest band of snow now located from knoxville to indianola and greenfield will drop south into the creston...Osceola and albia areas by 4 am. Snowfall rates up to one half to three quarters inch per hour can be expected with in this band. Total snowfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be common with a few locations reaching 3 inches.
