Now...Through 6 pm...Scattered showers are moving east from the gulf waters into northwestern Florida from near st. Petersburg to north of cedar key. These showers and are expected to strengthen and spread southeast throughout the night. Expect gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall associated with these showers.
