This area of showers will affect areas around normandy...Ratliff... Jacksonville...Baldwin...Ortega...Riverside...Tallyrand and san Marco through 1115 pm est. Winds will shift to the northwest with gusts up to 30 mph. Temperatures will drop abruptly into the 50s.
