Strong northwest winds at 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph will also continue over the high mountain passes and exposed areas. The foothills will see winds at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph. The gusty winds will produce areas of blowing and drifting snow and wind chills of 10 to 20 degrees below zero.
