Now...Periods of snow flurries will continue over eastern elbert and lincoln counties through the early evening. Snow accumulations should be less than a half inch through 6 pm. Bitterly cold temperatures in the single digits will combine with winds of 10 mph to 20 mph to create wind chill readings of 10 to 20 degrees below zero.
