Now...A band of moderate to heavy rain extends from napa county northeast through yolo...Sutter and yuba county...And into the foothills of Nevada county. This band is moving to the east at Around 25 mph...And will move into sacramento county shortly. People traveling through the southern and central sacramento valley...And the adjacent foothills should expect to encounter occasional showers this afternoon as this band travels through.
