Now...Moderate to heavy showers will move across the santa barbara coast through 2pm pst. Rainfall rates of 0.20 inch per hour have been observed and heavier rates are expected at Times. Isolated thunderstorms are possible as this activity moves across the region which could result in rain rates over 0.50 inch per hour. Minor debris flows will be possible near the jesusita burn area if heavier rainfall develops. Local ponding of water will occur on highways and across low-lying areas during the shower activity...Which will move east of santa barbara after 2 pm.
