Now...Patchy dense has developed in the low lying areas along the san joaquin and kings rivers. At 645 am...Visibilities along highway 198 from hanford to visalia were one quarter mile or less...With local visibilities below 500 feet. Dense fog was also observed along highways 41 and 43 near corcoran...Caruthers and mendota. Drivers should exercise caution during the morning commute and be alert for rapidly changing visibilities.
