Rainfall amounts will average less than one tenth of an inch for most locations. In addition... Strong west/southwest winds will continue at 25 to 35 mph...With frequent gusts of 40 to 55 mph especially near passing showers. Some gusts to near 60 mph are still possible especially in cochise county...Where areas of blowing dust are expected. Both rain and wind are expected to Decrease starting around 7 am.
