All of this activity was moving to the north northeast at 30 mph. Through 2 pm...Occasional rain showers will continue for the majority of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. A mix of light rain...Freezing rain...Sleet and snow will continue to spread eastward along and west of welch to henryetta as temperatures continue to drop to and below freezing. As of 12:45 pm...The freezing line was located from near coffeyville to tulsa to near ardmore in south central Oklahoma. This mix of wintry precipitation has caused some slick and hazardous roadways across central and northeast Oklahoma. A winter storm warning is in effect through 6 am cst Friday morning for all of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas... With a blizzard warning in effect for osage...Pawnee And Creek counties. Gusty northwesterly winds of up to around 40 mph will be possible.
