Now...High wind warning remains in effect until 6 pm akst this evening... The radar shows precipitation over most of the delta and along the coast most of the precipitation is moving northwest of bethel. The coast is reporting rain and snow showers with areas of fog and visibility 1/2 mile at Times...The wind on the coast is from the southeast 35 to 45 mph with gusts to near 70 mph. Inland we have mostly cloudy skies with southeast wind 25 to 30 mph gusting to 40 mph. Temperatures are in the low 40s.
